1 Coverage
The following terms and conditions apply to the sale to private customers of all items of Kühn Keramik, the art workshop of Bernhard Kühn. By placing an order you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. All contracts are made with Bernhard Kühn, Kühn Keramik, Yorckstrasse 18, 10965 Berlin, Germany.
2 Product Description
Our ceramic articles are produced in our workshop at Kühn Keramik, Yorckstrasse 18, 10965 Berlin, Germany. Each piece is handmade and, although each one is a beautifully refined piece of work, made with great skill and attention to detail, each piece will retain its hand-made quality. One can occasionally see tool marks, bubbles, marks from the maker. These are inherent in our hand-made pieces and are the reasons, which makes each piece unique.
Please be aware, that there can be colour variations within products and that the colour that you see on your screen may differ from how it appears on the product itself.
We do all that we can to ensure that all information on our website, such as dimensions and specifications, is correct. Since the products are handmade sizes may vary slightly from those given. All measurements are metric.
3 Return and Refund
The buyer has the right to return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt and will receive a refund or a credit note. The return date shall be deemed as having been met, if the goods were dispatched for return within this period.
Unless the return is a result of our error or damage in shipping, we do not refund or credit original or return shipping costs.
Please pack items securely and use registered delivery. Kühn Keramik is not responsible for missing packages or any damage that occurs in return shipping. We encourage you to pack and seal the merchandise safely and securely, ideally in its original packaging.

4 Prices
Our prices are quoted in Euro, German VAT of 19% included, and do not include postage.
5 Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer and PayPal.
6 Shipping
Each of Kühn Keramik’s designs is handmade to order in his studio in Berlin. Once you place your order, you will receive an e-mail within 72 hours confirming your order. As soon as the order is approved by you and payment has been done, it will go into production or - if in stock - will get shipped. It may take up to 8 weeks from receipt of your order confirmation for your items to be ready to ship. You will receive another e-mail once the item has been shipped with tracking information.
Shipping will be charged individually according to volume and weight of the order. A signature is required upon delivery. Deutsche Post (German Post) and UPS will attempt to deliver to your address 3 times. Kühn Keramik is not responsible for additional shipping fees, if you are not available to receive your package. Should you need to ship your items to multiple destinations, you will have to place multiple orders.
We use recycled and recyclable shipping and packing materials whenever possible.
